Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is ACT Trading Activities Ltd, located at The Hub at Foulston Park, Madden Rd, Devonport, Plymouth PL1 4NE.

2. Eligibility
This competition is open to all customers aged 18 or over who complete this feedback form. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
To enter, customers must complete and submit the official feedback form. Only one entry per person per month is permitted.

4. Competition Period
The competition runs on a monthly basis. Entries received during each calendar month will be entered into that month’s draw.

5. Prize
Each month, one winner will receive a £15 voucher to spend on any items in our café at The Hub at Foulston Park. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers must be redeemed within one month of issue.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant month. The winner will be notified by email within seven days of the end of each month. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another entrant.

7. Data Protection
By entering, you agree that your contact information may be used for the purpose of administering this competition. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. General
The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition at any time without notice. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
