Group exercise classes – Stay motivated, and socialise, with expert instructor-led fitness classes in our new dedicated studio room, the Daymond Room.
We offer a huge range of inclusive fitness classes to suit every level of fitness:
Our instructors offer weekly Pilates, Zumba, sculpt and tone, pump, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), yoga flow, body blast, abs blast, stretch and strengthen, and legs, bums and tums.
Try them all with our gym and class membership at just £27 per month (currently available for just £10 for the first month with zero joining fee) or pay just £6 per session with our flexible pay as you go option.

Advice and Support Drop-In on Friday, 23 January, 11am – 1pm in the cafe.
The Hub is proud to host a free advice and support drop-in session, bringing together a diverse network of local charities and professional organisations.
The event includes specialist support from Adult Social Care, vaccination advice, and organisations integrated into communities like Plymouth Wellbeing Hub Network and Community Builders. Whether you have a specific question or just want to see what support is available in your area, our doors are open to everyone. Let’s work together to make 2026 a year of health, connection, and community.

We are proud to offer a range of inclusive sessions and activities with the aim of encouraging and enabling exercise in all areas of our community. Anyone is welcome to drop in for support, and we can signpost you to sessions delivered by Argyle Community Trust and partners, such as Poles Apart and Livewell Southwest.

Active Devonport – Brand new for 2026! For beginners aged 18+ looking for the support to start their fitness journey.
Our new 10-week health improvement programme aimed at beginners is starting in 2026 at The Gym at Foulston Park, supported by The Rank Foundation. 10 weeks to a happier, healthier you with more motivation, more support, and more results.
You will receive – two group personal training sessions a week, focused workouts, expert guidance, personalised support, nutritional guidance, calorie tracking, weekly accountability.

Mums Stay and Play – Struggling to find time to exercise? Our Mums Stay & Play session is the perfect way to prioritise your fitness without needing childcare, for just £10 a month.
Every Tuesday 10am -11am, join our Health and Wellbeing team in our Classic Activities Hall for a group workout led by an instructor. Your little ones play safely in the sports hall with toys while you get fit, socialise, and focus on you.
Warrior Within – For anyone seeking routine, resilience, and real transformation. Combine physical training with proven mindset tools to help you lead with strength in every area of life, using the power of Muay Thai, boxing, and holistic training. Learn and practice effective strengthening movements to improve reaction time and precision, alongside breathing techniques and affirmations to increase mental clarity. https://warriorwithin.uk/
Walking Netball – A slower, adapted version of traditional netball, focusing on fun, fitness, and social connection for all ages and abilities, especially those recovering from injury or returning to the sport, with key rule changes like no running or jumping, a slower ball-hold time, and a closer player distance for defence, run weekly on Wednesdays in the Classic Activities Hall. https://www.facebook.com/groups/209335829478583/

Premier League Kicks – Uses the power of football and sport to inspire young people to reach their potential. Our health and wellbeing partners
There are a variety of health and wellbeing services hosted and delivered at The Hub, as well as projects to reduce social isolation and mental health services.
Livewell Southwest is an independent social enterprise providing integrated NHS physical and mental health services and adult social care within Plymouth. They aim to help people of all ages to live their best lives, providing services within Plymouth’s wellbeing Hubs ranging from weight management groups to perinatal mental health support. “Our mission is to support people to stay well in the place and the community in which they live, where they can enjoy the best quality of life.”
