  • Aerobics and Tone

    Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular fitness).

  • Body Conditioning

    Body conditioning is based around certain exercises that help you to develop your overall physical fitness. These exercises are usually focused on your full body rather than isolated movements. Total body conditioning aims to improve strength and heart rate for general fitness as opposed to muscle growth.

  • Stretch & Strengthen

    This class focuses on controlled movements to improve balance, coordination, and body control. You will move through a series of full-body stretches and low-intensity strengthening exercises aimed at building core stability and overall body strength. Perfect for all abilities.

  • Legs, Bums and Tums

    The class is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up your thighs, bum and stomach. Our legs, bums and tums classes are great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.

  • Pilates

    Pilates stabilises the body using slow, controlled and precise movements to strengthen the deep stabilising muscles found in the neck and shoulder, spine and pelvis. This is important because those deep muscles stabilise and support your spine.

  • Pump

    Pump is a total body strength workout that will shape and tone all major muscle groups, increase core strength, improve bone health and leave you feeling strong and fit.

  • Group Cycle

    Group Cycle is a low-impact workout that is excellent for improving cardiovascular, muscle strength, joint stability and mental wellness.

  • Sculpt and Tone

    Sculpt and Tone classes focus on adding definition to your physique with higher reps and lower weight. These workouts help improve your circulation, muscular endurance and joint mobility.

  • Yoga

    Yoga is a practice that connects the body, brain, breath and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation to improve overall health.

  • Zumba

    Zumba is a fitness programme that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training and alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

  • Circuit Training

    Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit, similar to high-intensity interval training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
