We are delighted to announce that long-term club partners Classic Builders will be sponsoring the new activities hall at The Hub at Foulston Park.

The innovative space, now known as the ‘Classic Activities Hall’, will provide a high-end space for members of the local community to enjoy a variety of sports and activities.

It will also be available to hire for a range of uses and groups including sports clubs, fitness classes, and large-scale community events.

Classic Builders (SW) Ltd is a Plymouth founded construction company, with a reputation for high-quality delivery across a broad spectrum of project sectors and types.

Based in Plymouth, Exeter, and Cornwall, they offer our services across the peninsula, whether large or small projects, new build or renovation, maintenance or alteration, always to the same high standards.

Classic Builders have been keen supporters of the work both the club and the Trust provide to the local community for years and their involvement has been vital to our successes.

From sponsoring the front of player kits to their most recent involvement in our building projects including the building of Manadon Sports Hub and the redevelopment of The Hub at Foulston Park, Classic Builders have enabled us to create a thriving open space for our community.

Speaking after Classic Builders’ generous £60,000 donation towards the sponsorship of the room, Trust CEO Mark Lovell said: “It’s been a privilege working with Classic Builders over the years and we are delighted for them to be sponsoring the new Classic Activities Hall at The Hub at Foulston Park.

“The Classic Activities Hall will play a huge role in our ambitions for The Hub at Foulston Park to be a hotspot for positive social engagement in Devonport for all to enjoy.

“Classic Builders have been crucial in the redevelopment process, and we thank them for their continued support here at the Trust.”

Classic Builders director, Adam Brimacombe, said: “We’re delighted to sponsor the new activities hall and support such an important resource for residents of Plymouth.

“Ensuring our communities have access to facilities such as these helps to break down barriers and promote better social inclusion.

“We understand the challenges faced by local residents. By making a longstanding commitment such as this, we’re not only showing further support for our home city but, more importantly, helping those in the area to come together and enjoy access to a safe, modern, and accessible facility.”

We are grateful for the persistent support Classic Builders provides the Trust and we look forward to continuing our work together in the future.
